What we do
Listing copy and photography, calendar and pricing across Airbnb, Booking.com and LekkeSlaap, every guest message, check-in and check-out.
Our own cleaners, scheduled against every booking, with linen and consumables restocked. Cleaning is billed to the guest, not to you.
We find the contractor, meet them on site and check the work. Parts and trades are billed to you at cost — we never mark them up.
Inspections between stays with photographs, so you know the condition of your place without flying in to look at it.

Pricing
Most managers take 15–20% of your income, so a good month costs you more. We charge the same whatever your property earns — which means a number you can budget, and every rand of a strong season staying yours.
